Return & Refund Policy (Face Wash & Soap Bar Products)

• Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Used, opened, or damaged due to customer handling products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
• In case of wrong, damaged, or defective delivery, replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.
